INFORMATION
Much of psychotherapy focuses on identifying and repairing what’s broken — unhelpful behaviours, painful emotions, and distorted thinking patterns. While these efforts are meaningful, they can sometimes overlook an equally vital question: How do we live well?
This 8-week group draws inspiration from ancient Greco-Roman philosophy, inviting participants to explore what thinkers like the Stoics, Epicureans, and other Hellenistic philosophers taught about cultivating serenity, wisdom, and resilience in the face of life’s unpredictability.
Together we will reflect on timeless lessons and practice applying philosophical insights to modern life. Through discussion and reflection, participants will learn to approach daily challenges with greater calm, clarity, and purpose.
