If you fill out the contact form on our website, the information you include may be seen by the administrative staff at Shoreline Counselling, the Directors, and by any therapist you agree to meet with.
If you phone the office, your name may be seen on our call display by our admin team or Clinical Directors. Voicemails are deleted once they are no longer needed.
If you become a client of Shoreline Counselling, please be aware that your name may be visible to any therapist on our team, as client names appear in JaneApp. Therapists cannot view one another’s chart notes; however, Clinical Directors have access to all charts. If you have a conflict of interest and do not wish for our Clinical Directors to have access to your chart, please inform your therapist and we can adjust the privacy settings on your file.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose your personal information to third parties in the following circumstances:
To employees, contractors, or service providers who require the information to assist us in providing services to you
