What Clients Say About Our Fort Langley Counsellors

Dan has been amazing with my little one. I recommend coming to see Dan whether you’re a child or adult. The office is modern, clean and quiet. I have also observed many other people coming and going from the office with a very positive demeanour.

Katelin is a fantastic counsellor and I am so happy I found her.

  • Counselling client

(I made this longer and more detailed because I deeply understand finding a counselor is a very serious step!! If some of this resonates with you or doesn't, my purpose was accomplished.🌞)

I've been going to my trauma counselor before she was affiliated with Shoreline and have never had an emotionally-attuned counselor before- she doesn't project on to me, isn't constantly telling me what I should or should not do nor cut me down for what may come across as less-than-the-best choices but draws me into a safe place emotionally by BEING safe to me until I feel validated, less conflicted, and feel permission to be ME which increases my confidence. In that process, deep codependency has dissipated(I am showing up for myself as is healthy, instead of drawing off others to meet needs only I could meet!) which also has set me up more and more for success in life. It's been life-changing and never more priceless.

This has been a deep journey(and some more to come still), a lot hard but definitely the liberty and self-ability is beyond what I could have guessed, or understood was possible. I'm so thankful for her holding space for me, validating me, and being safe to me in a way that's not only revolutionized my perspective, life and world, but has spilled out to others in unbelievable shifts in their lives as they begin to feel Safe with me! Please do just start to invest in yourself however you can. You are loved and precious, and the best is yet to come!
