As human beings we are all wired for deep and meaningful connection. My belief is that counselling can provide a safe and collaborative space to experience connection and explore the many nuanced challenges we all face from time to time.

I believe in holistic health and wellness that balances the importance of body, mind and spirit as equal contributors to one’s felt sense of wellness. My therapeutic foundation is grounded in relational theory, meaning that I believe we are profoundly influenced and shaped by relationships, both past and present.

My areas of passion include women’s issues, family life, neurodiversity, parenting, life transitions, relationships, and building self-compassion and self-esteem.

My interest and passion for health and wellness began with a bachelor’s degree at Simon Fraser University in the faculty of Health Sciences, with a special interest in women’s and other marginalized populations' health.

For several years after that I spent time growing a young family and gaining life experience which reinforced the calling I have always felt toward working with people in a helping role. I am grateful and honoured to have the opportunity to hear the unique stories and experiences clients bring to counselling.

As a therapist, I approach my work with warmth, humility, and curiosity. I believe that therapy should feel like a genuine human connection, grounded in empathy, respect, and trust. My hope is to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward greater self-awareness, healing, and empowerment.

I look forward to connecting with you.
