If you are a counsellor and are interested in working together you can find more information here.

I spend a lot of time thinking about change: what inspires us, what limits us and what tells us its time to shift. Drawing on the depth of therapy and the clarity of coaching, I support clients to grow with intention and care.

Grounded in trauma-informed and attachment-based theory, my work explores how early experiences shape the beliefs, reactions and relationships that influence how we move through the world. These insights become the foundation for change that feels purposeful and aligned with you are, what you value and how you want to live.

In session, I offer a non-judgmental, collaborative space where clients can reflect honestly, explore long-standing patterns, and move toward action that feels meaningful. This work is ideal for those ready to grow — professionally, relationally, and personally—while staying attuned to the systems they live and work within.

I partner with clients in a process that is reflective, challenging, and deeply supportive. Whether we’re navigating relationships, stepping into new roles, or reconnecting with what matters most, I bring clinical insight and a clear sense of direction to support transformation that is grounded in real life.

…So, if you’ve landed here, you may already be in the midst of change, but seeking greater autonomy, clarity, or purpose. Together, let’s discover what comes next and what may be standing in your way.

I have a Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology and a Certification in Organizational Coaching Certification from UBC. I am a member in good standing and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (RCC-ACS) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I have clinical training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and advanced training in Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy (SAP). I also have a coaching certification in Hope Action Theory & Practice.
