My journey to becoming a therapist hasn’t been linear but it has been rich with steep learning curves, deep compassion, and personal growth. For nearly a decade, I’ve worked as a doula, walking alongside women and families through some of life’s most transformative and vulnerable moments. That work has shaped how I show up as a therapist: attuned, steady, and committed to holding space for others with care and presence.
I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University and offer support to individuals navigating a wide range of life experiences. My passion lies in working with people during the perinatal period—supporting those experiencing infertility, loss, pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum mood disorders, shifting identities, changing relationships, and all the transitions that ripple through this season of life. While this is a core focus, I welcome clients from all walks of life. Whatever you're carrying, I offer a space where you don’t have to hold it alone.
I work from a psychodynamic and trauma-informed foundation, integrating AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), interpersonal neurobiology, and systems theory. My approach is also rooted in a person-centered, feminist lens. I pay close attention to who you are—within your body, your family, your community, and the systems that shape your experience. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect.
I believe that therapy is one of the bravest things a person can choose. It's not easy to face ourselves and our histories. But I also believe that healing happens in togetherness—through relationship, presence, and the slow, powerful undoing of aloneness. My commitment is to create a space that feels safe, connected, and grounded in hope, where you can begin to heal and grow in your own time and your own way.
At the core of my work is a deep belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and valued—no matter their race, gender identity, faith, sexuality, or lived experience. I strive to offer an inclusive and welcoming space where you don’t have to shrink or explain away your story.
