DBT for Neurodiversity is an 8-week skills and support group designed for neurodivergent adults who want to better understand their brain, their emotions, and their needs — without shame or pressure to “fit the mold.”

Together, we’ll explore what neurodiversity really means and how ADHD and other neurodivergent traits can impact daily life, relationships, work, and emotional wellbeing. This group focuses on practical, real-life tools for emotional regulation, managing overwhelm, building sustainable skills, and connecting with resources that actually work for neurodivergent nervous systems.

Our goal is to help participants move toward steadier, more peaceful mental health — not by forcing change, but by building understanding, self-compassion, and effective strategies that honour how your brain works.

This group is open adults who identify as ADHD, autistic, or otherwise neurodivergent, as well as those exploring whether this framework fits their experience.
