Lately it seems we are inundated by an increasingly steady stream of polarizing topics. These include current world events, social issues, climate change, economics and politics to name a few.
Whether we want to engage in these conversations or not, they seem to show up everywhere we turn, from online in our social media feed to our group chats and dinner tables. The impact on our nervous systems is part of being human in our current world.
This presents two areas of challenge for many of us; managing our differing perspectives in relationships, personal or professional, and coping with the frustration, fear, anxiety or overwhelm seems to come with the current climate of uncertainty and divisiveness.
While this is an ongoing experience, the aim of this webinar is to explore ways to help us navigate the intensity that can arise throughout the holiday season.

More about me:
As a therapist you will find that I lean heavily on being a human first. I won’t pretend that I am not affected by the world we live in, nor do I get it right all the time. I also believe deeply that we can continue to grow, evolve and heal as humans at any stage of life, especially if we are given the space to be heard and supported.
