A place to be completely honest:
There is something deeply relieving about having a space where you don’t have to hold it together, perform, or pretend to be okay. Therapy can be a place to be fully honest—to say the things you normally filter, hide, or carry alone. Having spaces like this in my own life has been deeply meaningful, and I know how powerful it can be to feel genuinely seen without needing to fake it.
What therapy with Kelvin will be like:
I approach therapy as a collaborative conversation grounded in curiosity, honesty, and respect for your own inner wisdom. In our work together, we may explore the stories you tell yourself about who you are, where those stories came from, and whether they still fit. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you, but helping you better understand yourself, reconnect with what matters to you, and move through life with greater clarity and intention. I strive to offer a warm, thoughtful, and down-to-earth space where clients of all ages can feel safe enough to show up as they are.
My work with adults:
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, burnout, and seasons of feeling lost, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Whether you are moving through a specific struggle or simply sensing that something in life feels off, therapy can offer a place to slow down, make sense of your experience, and begin moving toward a more grounded and meaningful life.
My work with children:
I also work with children ages 8+ and aim to build strong, attuned relationships with young clients from the very beginning. Through play, conversation, creativity, and nervous-system-informed approaches, I help children better understand their emotions, strengthen regulation skills, and work through common challenges such as anxiety, emotional outbursts, self-esteem struggles, family changes, school stress, and social difficulties.
