I believe that every person is the expert in their own life. Counselling is a collaborative and compassionate process where we can gently explore the parts of your story that may be hurting, feeling stuck, or longing for growth. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe to be yourself, make sense of life's challenges, and reconnect with your strengths, values, and resilience.

I support individuals navigating life transitions, caregiver burnout, grief and loss, and the many stresses and complexities that come with being human. I have a particular passion for working with individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period. The transition to parenthood can bring profound physical, emotional, relational, and identity changes, and I am committed to helping new parents feel supported and understood through this transformative season of life.

I am currently completing my Master of Counselling at City University, Vancouver campus. Before entering the counselling profession, I spent more than twenty years as a Registered Nurse, supporting individuals and families through some of life's most significant and vulnerable moments. Whether caring for new parents, supporting those living with chronic illness, or walking alongside people experiencing emotional pain, I learned that healing often begins when we feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood.

As a wife, mother, nurse, and counselling intern, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. My approach is grounded in authenticity and respect for each person'sunique journey. It is a privilege for me to walk alongside others as they cultivate greater self-understanding, healing, and wellbeing.
